Meet Kalish
A facilitator, founder, and believer in accessible, grounded wellness.
Founder of Calm & Co.
Founded on Community, Rooted in Care
Calm & Co. started as a short-term wellness pop-up in Downtown Tulsa. What began as an experiment in accessible mindfulness grew into something much bigger, a community-rooted brand built on care, intention, and the belief that calm is not a luxury.
Today, Calm & Co. designs wellness experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and remember what presence feels like. We work with individuals, teams, and communities who are ready to move beyond performative wellness and into something real.
Kalish’s Approach
Kalish facilitates private sessions, corporate activations, and community gatherings rooted in practices that support people navigating transition, burnout, and the ongoing work of staying grounded in a chaotic world.
